Many places will buy your gold coins but you need to find the right place to sell gold coins to. Places like pawnshops and gold dealers will buy it but only for the gold content's value. If you have a rare or antique collection you will want to sell to another collector via eBay or newspaper ads.

I had some people ask me this question recently and wanted to let everyone know the best places to go to sell your gold. When I sold my gold I did so at my local pawnshop but there are plenty of other places to sell to like:
Jewelry Stores - If you have an antique piece of jewelry or one that looks great still this is one of the better options to sell to. They can buy for more then gold content in the piece.
Scrap Gold Dealers - If you have broken or mismatched jewelry these guys will buy your gold. They sell to the gold refiners that smelt it down and its remade into other things.
